DTF Wholesale messaging program

SMS consent and opt-in evidence

This page documents exactly how a visitor may choose to receive text messages from DTF Wholesale. It does not collect a phone number, submit a lead, or enroll anyone in messaging.

Who sends messages

DTF Wholesale, owned and operated by VHQ Texas LLC, sends messages only to people who enter their own mobile number and affirmatively check the optional SMS consent box in the DTF Wholesale wholesale request funnel.

What messages cover

Messages respond to the visitor's wholesale request and may cover appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, requested follow-up, and related service questions.

How website opt-in works

  1. The visitor starts at dtfwholesale.com/wholesale/start and answers business qualification questions.
  2. The visitor enters a name, business name, and email address before reaching the mobile-number step.
  3. The visitor enters their own mobile number. An unchecked SMS checkbox and the complete disclosure appear directly below the continuation button before submission.
  4. The checkbox is optional and is never preselected. The visitor may continue and submit the wholesale request without agreeing to SMS.
  5. When the visitor checks the box and submits, the record includes disclosure version wholesale-contact-v7, affirmative checkbox action, source URL, messaging program and medium, mobile number, funnel session, agreement time, IP address, and user agent.

DTF Wholesale does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate, or third-party lead lists for this program.

Both versions state that the choice is optional and link directly to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Mobile-data protection

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with the aggregators and service providers that deliver and support DTF Wholesale's messaging program.
