This Privacy Policy explains how VHQ Texas LLC, doing business as DTF Wholesale ("DTF Wholesale," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit dtfwholesale.com, use our wholesale qualification and scheduling experience, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the services covered by this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to the DTF Wholesale public website, qualification funnel, scheduling process, and related sales and support interactions. It does not apply to the separate DTFSheet.com online store, which has its own privacy policy, or to a third-party website or service that publishes its own privacy policy.
Mobile Messaging Privacy and Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information includes mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent records.
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and service providers that deliver and support DTF Wholesale's text-messaging program. Those providers may use this information only to deliver or support the messaging program on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
If you opt in through the disclosure shown on our website, you may receive recurring automated text messages from DTF Wholesale about your wholesale request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and requested follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The complete website opt-in process and disclosure are documented on our public SMS Consent and Opt-In Evidence page.

Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and network information, such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, operating system, device type, language, time zone, user agent, and general location derived from an IP address.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, buttons selected, questions displayed and answered, progress through the funnel, referring page, landing page, date and time, session activity, and technical or performance events.
- Advertising and attribution information, such as referring campaigns, advertisements, landing pages, advertising cookies, click identifiers, and conversion information.
- Local browser information, such as qualification progress, session state, attribution data, booking state, and analytics information stored in session storage or local storage.
Information received from other sources
We may receive personal information from:
- advertising and social-media platforms when you interact with one of our advertisements;
- scheduling and calendar providers when you book, reschedule, cancel, or attend a meeting;
- service providers that help us host, secure, measure, and operate the Services;
- our customer relationship management systems and authorized team members; and
- public or commercial sources when reasonably necessary to verify business information, prevent fraud, or manage a business relationship.
Information we do not request through the public funnel
The public DTF Wholesale funnel is not designed to collect payment-card information, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, biometric identifiers, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not submit that information through the public funnel or ordinary communications with us.
2. How We Use Personal Information
The Mobile Messaging Privacy and Consent section applies to every use described below. We use mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and text-messaging consent records only to manage the request, provide requested communications, operate the messaging program, and honor opt-out or help requests. We do not use mobile information for third-party or affiliate marketing.
We may use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- save and evaluate your wholesale request and determine whether our services may fit your business;
- personalize the funnel and avoid asking you to repeat information during the same session;
- display real appointment availability and create, manage, reschedule, or cancel appointments;
- prepare for and conduct calls, respond to questions, and manage follow-up;
- provide information about DTF Wholesale services, offers, and potential next steps;
- communicate with you by email, telephone, or text message in accordance with the disclosures and choices presented when you provide your contact information;
- attribute visits, leads, and scheduled calls to advertising campaigns and measure advertising performance;
- understand how visitors use the Services and improve content, design, qualification, and scheduling;
- maintain business records and manage prospective or active customer relationships;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical failures;
- enforce our agreements and protect our rights, users, personnel, and property; and
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We will obtain consent before using personal information for a materially different purpose when consent is required by law.
3. Qualification and Automated Processing
The Services may use your location and answers, including estimated weekly volume, to categorize and route your request. Automated tools may determine which information or scheduling options appear during the qualification process. Our team makes final decisions about pricing, credit, account approval, and contractual terms.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Advertising Technology
We use cookies, pixels, session storage, local storage, and similar technology for the following purposes:
- Essential and functional purposes, including creating a session identifier, preserving funnel and booking state, remembering attribution during a session, preventing duplicate submissions, and maintaining reliable delivery when a connection is interrupted.
- Analytics purposes, including measuring page activity, funnel progress, completion, scheduling, and technical performance.
- Advertising and measurement purposes, including attributing visits, leads, and scheduled calls to advertisements, measuring campaign performance, and improving the relevance of advertising.
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising measurement and attribution. Depending on your interaction, we may send Meta:
- page-view, lead, and scheduling events;
- event time, source page, campaign attribution, and limited qualification-category information;
- advertising cookies and click identifiers;
- IP address, browser and device information, and other online identifiers; and
- normalized and cryptographically hashed versions of name and email address for lead and scheduling events.
Hashing contact information before transmission does not make the information anonymous to Meta. Meta processes information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. You can review Meta's Privacy Policy and manage your Meta advertising preferences.
We do not send mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text-message content, or messaging consent records to Meta.
We do not send your raw qualification answers to Meta. We may send a limited derived fit category with a lead event for advertising measurement.
Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting storage may affect funnel continuity, attribution, or scheduling features.
Where applicable law gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, email team@dtfwholesale.com with the subject line "Targeted Advertising Opt Out." Include enough information for us to identify the relevant records. You can immediately limit browser-based tracking by blocking or deleting cookies and site storage in your browser settings.
The Services do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. To opt out of targeted advertising associated with your information, use the email method above. You may also block or delete advertising cookies through your browser settings.
You may also use industry controls, including the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool. These external controls are provided by third parties and may not eliminate all advertising or apply to information already held by us.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
The Mobile Messaging Privacy and Consent section controls every disclosure described below. No recipient receives mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent records for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients for the stated purposes:
- Hosting, infrastructure, storage, and security providers, which help us operate the Services, store lead and analytics records, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
- Scheduling and meeting providers, including Calendly and Google, which provide availability, appointment creation, calendar invitations, Google Meet links, appointment emails, rescheduling, and cancellation.
- Customer relationship, communications, and operational providers, which help authorized personnel review requests, manage leads, deliver requested communications, prepare for calls, honor opt-outs, and maintain business records. These providers may handle mobile information only on our behalf for those operational services and may not use it for their own marketing.
- Advertising and analytics providers, including Meta, which may receive only the advertising, online-identifier, device, usage, name, and email information described in Section 4. They do not receive mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text-message content, or messaging consent records.
- Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants, when reasonably necessary for their services.
- Government authorities and other lawful recipients, only when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property. Such disclosures are not made for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers acting on our behalf may use personal information only to provide contracted services to us, follow our instructions, protect the Services, or comply with law. They may not use mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent records for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Advertising platforms receive only the limited information described in Section 4 and never receive mobile information or messaging consent records.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
This section does not change the Mobile Messaging Privacy and Consent section. We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not sell sensitive personal information or biometric data.
Our limited disclosure of online identifiers and Internet activity to Meta for advertising measurement may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state privacy laws. This disclosure excludes mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text-message content, and messaging consent records. You may opt out using the methods described in Sections 4 and 10.
During the preceding 12 months, we disclosed identifiers, Internet or electronic activity, business and professional information, commercial information, and related inferences only for the operational purposes and to the recipients specifically described in this Policy. For targeted advertising and advertising measurement, we disclosed only online identifiers and Internet or electronic activity information to Meta. We did not disclose mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, text-message content, or messaging consent records to Meta or any other advertising provider.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with the aggregators and service providers that deliver and support DTF Wholesale's messaging program, solely for those operational services.
We do not provide a price, service level, or financial incentive in exchange for permission to sell or share personal information. Qualification for an offer or program is based on business criteria, not on waiving a privacy right.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity needs.
Our retention periods include:
- lead submissions are generally retained for up to 365 days;
- website and funnel analytics are generally retained for up to 400 days;
- browser-stored analytics information may remain for up to 29 days or until transmitted or removed;
- session storage generally remains until the relevant browser session ends; and
- customer relationship, appointment, communication, consent, and legal records may be retained longer when needed to manage an ongoing relationship, honor an opt-out, establish or defend legal claims, satisfy law, or enforce an agreement.
Other providers may retain information under their own documented retention schedules. When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, deidentify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical and legal limitations such as backup cycles and record-preservation obligations.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include encrypted transmission, access controls, credential protection, limited personnel access, and secure hosting and storage practices.
No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted through the Services has been compromised, contact us promptly at team@dtfwholesale.com.
9. Communications Choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting us. You may still receive non-marketing messages related to a request, appointment, transaction, legal notice, or active business relationship.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us. Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment activity, and conversations with our team. Message and data rates may apply. After a STOP request, we do not send further text messages unless you later re-subscribe. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor the opt-out and may use non-SMS channels for communications you separately requested or that are otherwise permitted.
10. U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information;
- access the personal information we maintain about you;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of personal information you provided;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted;
- appeal our decision regarding a privacy request; and
- receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
Submitting a request
Email team@dtfwholesale.com with the subject line Privacy Request and describe the right you want to exercise. For a targeted-advertising opt-out, use the subject line Targeted Advertising Opt Out.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. We will use verification information only to process the request. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny it as permitted by law. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority, and we may still verify the request directly with you.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. For requests governed by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and many other state laws, that period is generally 45 days, subject to a permitted extension. Some rights do not apply to information processed solely in a commercial or employment context, and legal exceptions may allow or require us to retain certain information.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing team@dtfwholesale.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If a Texas appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business representatives who are at least 18 years old. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Services, contact us so we can review and delete it as required by law.
12. United States Service and International Visitors
DTF Wholesale is based in the United States, and the Services are intended for businesses and representatives in the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
The Services are not directed to residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. A third party's privacy policy, not this Policy, governs information the third party collects for its own purposes. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law for material changes affecting previously collected personal information.
