DTFWholesale.com guarantees exceptional quality on all Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for immediate resolution, including replacements or refunds.
Please note:
Refunds on custom orders are limited exclusively to manufacturing defects or printing errors attributable to us.
All refund or replacement requests are subject to internal review and approval.
